Today Nov 6,2025, had an appointment for 8:00am , came here, after 1h and 45min off waiting, they didn't even start checking my vehicle, I ended up scheduling another appointment with another ford dealership. Horrible customer service, choose another location, rude and disrespectful.

Made an appointment for a recall, after waiting for 2 hours they tell me they can't do it. They call a couple days later to schedule an appointment because the part arrived. When I show up for the appointment they say they don't have the part and can't do the repair for another month or two. Bad service and rude staff

Poor communication that resulted in them fixing on the wrong part of my vehicle, that wasn't damaged until they started fixing and broke screws off into my engine. I had my car towed in seven days ago it's still not fixed.
