Only leaving a second star bc my family’s trusted them up to this point. Needed spark plugs done, was advised to change the valve cover as well, and a 3 part fuel system service. The day this was evaluated, yesterday, I said yes to the plugs, valve cover with gasket (although only needed gasket) and the 3 part service. The cover was coming in today, so nothing was started. And I made sure nothing had begun when I called today to cancel the 3 part fuel system service at 8:00 on the dot when they opened. Spoke to Chris and he said only the plugs and cover would be done, he took everything else off. Got a call back that they did it anyway… 3 hours later, and charged me for it. And on top of that lol charged me for THREE hours of labor? The plugs come off when the cover is changed. So the plugs and cover should have taken less than one hour… We can also get into how they replaced the valve cover that was not broken, when they just could’ve exchanged the gasket. The cover comes with gasket. They charged me $220+. The gasket alone? All that I actually needed swapped out? Less than $18 on Amazon. Hell even $50 for just that would’ve been fine. Biggest issue is I’m being charged for a service AND labor I said I did not want and was told would not be done? Lol what. The extra hour of labor for the 3 part service I cancelled hours before it was done just blows me away. It’s what tipped me overboard about the whole bill. Really shouldn’t have to pay for service or labor for something I said do not do. Will update after I speak with them in the morning. Wild. I would’ve been frustrated with a 2 hour labor charge for something that all happens at the same time whether plugs were new or not. But 3?? For a service I asked not be done? Smh. Wild. Oh don’t want to forget how I pick up my car tonight at 730 pm when they’ve been done with my car since 11 am, to find they left my headlights on. All day. Awesome

Let me tell you about these guys. As all of us do we are worried about getting ripped off. I’m here to tell you that’s DEFINITELY not a worry having them service your car. These guys are up front and honest and stand behind their work. I HIGHLY recommend bringing your car to this shop.
