I attempted to get my vehicle serviced for a stabilitrak error and a scheduled recall service on my 2010 Chevrolet Tahoe. I was a little taken back that after years of patronizing this service center they flat out refused to service my vehicle. I was told because of the age, not because it wasnt repairable. The recall service they sent out notices for was not even conducted. To make matters even more unprofessional and annoying they held my car from 7:30 to almost 3 pm to deliver that news to me. Needless to say I had to lose a work day without my vehicle and without repairs. I ultimately took my vehicle to a local shop nearby and it was repaired without issue or hesitation. When a Chevy dealer won't repair a Chevy vehicle for a loyal customer in my opinion that's a serious breakdown in customer service.

Very poor customer service, left my chevy corvette stingray 2 weeks ago, before I went on vacation, and told the service advisor about my date of return, and they still haven't call me with any updates! called service department ask for my advisor Mr. Erin, I waited 45 minutes on hold, and no one picked up my call. I hanged up the phone and called again, I let the receptionist know about my previously call on hold and she put me on hold again without any apologies. again, I had to hang up after another 15 minutes of wasting my time on hold.! ***UPDATE*** 12/01/2024 Later on Mr, Erin call me 11/29/24 around 6pm and explain the confusion about my original ticket and they were not able to fix the issue I report back in July 2024, because the dealer did not charged me on the original ticket (there is a charged for $292.43 on the ticket, plus that was not my fault, ticket was written but no one pay attention to it) I was charge over $2K for wires and spark plugs, and apparently they told me there was a misfire issue with a spark plug, and they will fix the engine light that comes on and off (problem was never fixed and had to bring it back for the same issue) plus a cooling problem. On the ticket there was not much information and at the end, he said that the technician ignores the other issue request I had with the Bluetooth, and that is the reason that will not be repair, unless I pay another approx. $1k for a module ($600 part plus $400 labor). Insane! they quote me about $195 for diagnostic on the new issue (cooling problem) and called me with estimate for parts around $400.00 I went to pick up my corvette on 11/30/2024 and the invoice was $730.00 + ($130.00 over the estimate price) this is unacceptable, plus very bad customer service, and I got rip-off for a second time, this is my last time taking my chevy corvette to this location, do not recommended at all. run away from this place please! Ps. I was planning to buy a new 2025 Silverado 1500 Zr2 truck, I left my information with salesman, requesting information about electric running boards and sunroof option, and never got a call about my request either.

Took 2-3 months to get things repaired on a Chevy Volt. It was a flat tire but debris impacted the charging unit so was complicated. Understaffed for electric / hybrid repairs, so if anyone is skilled and looking for a job in that space, they are probably in need of hiring!! Still, they got the job done and Volt seems to be running well which is much appreciated. Brad answered my ~100 calls over the last few months tirelessly.
