I brought my 2009 Honda Fit in for a routine 100,000 mile checkup and was charged $100 just to be told I needed $7,000 + in repairs — on a car worth $9,000. They claimed my radiator hoses were leaking, recommended suspension work, transmission service, and multiple “maintenance” items. I got a second opinion from a trusted mechanic who checked the car for free and confirmed most of this was unnecessary. No leaks. Suspension fine. Car drives perfectly. Only a belt and tune-up were actually needed. Even assuming generous labor rates, the realistic total cost for the work my car actually needs is under $1,000, and likely under $500. Quoting $7,000 for unnecessary or exaggerated repairs is completely unreasonable. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this shop either. As a young woman, experiences like this are frustrating but also a reminder of how important it is to get second opinions and find mechanics who are honest. In 2023 they misdiagnosed another issue and quoted me $871 for weatherstrips I didn’t need. The Honda dealer later found the real problem and fixed only what was necessary. Whether it’s incompetence or upselling, the result is the same: inflated quotes and bad diagnoses. I will not return and do not recommend this shop unless you plan to get a second opinion on everything/unnecessary pricy repairs to your car.

They are the only mechanics my whole family trusts. Always HONEST! Always produce quality work and always use quality parts. They just put brakes on my car and used real Honda parts! Even when they’re busy, they still get my car done in a timely manner. They call me with updates! They break down what’s going on with my car when I don’t understand the real terms. I love how it’s a family business! Nice and wonderful family! I HIGHLY recommend them!

I can not say enough more wonderful things about this service center! They are honest, dependable and affordable! Last week I brought my car in that was having transmission problems. The technician diagnosed the problem and pointed out that there was a recall on the transmission. He recommended that we head to the dealer to get it fixed for free! He could have easily taken advantage of the situation, but they are far to honest for that! They will always have my business!!!

Thought I give them a shot since management has changed, use to be good with old management. Their prices are not competitive (they want to nickel and dime you) , not friendly, and they lack the care and detail to do a proper job. They show a lack of customer service attitude towards customers. They charge a "diagnosis fee" even if you bring and know what part you want replaced, they will not waive the fee. Have taking a truck there to have new exhaust system installed. A week later pipes were falling apart. Took it back and they were reluctant to fix it but it got fixed. I ask for an alignment to be done and they told me they would need to charge a "diagnosis fee" on top of alignment fee and see if they find issues with front suspension and then they will proceed with alignment. Here is my money, align my vehicle, don't worry about the condition of my front suspension. Avoid this place at all costs.

With regard to the gas station, not the repair service, the register could care less whether you can get the new pump to work. He's too busy counting cigarette cases and listening to his jams. And he's not happy you interrupted him so you could gas up. English was not a strong suit.
