Talk about an auto body and repair shop that goes well above and beyond! Salvador, Ross, and their dedicated team were professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, their work, reliable. All I can say about the result is "wow"! My car looks so much better and they even took care of other issues I didn't have to go elsewhere for. Salvador worked with me given some unique circumstances and put together a great solution for my car, both in body work and regular automotive repair. Fox had a much better price than some of the shops I got estimates from. They completed everything in the same day, which was amazing! I definitely recommend Fox to those looking to have auto body or car repair done.

Fox Auto have given me nothing but great service! From Bodywork to now a new mechanical issue. These guys have never given me a reason to question their skills. Professional, pleasant and skilled, their becoming my go to guys!

Fox Autos did a great job with the rust repair of my truck. Salvador and his team were tremendously friendly and helpful. They explained the process clearly for the work and kept great communication throughout the process. The military discount was also a great plus to take advantage of. I was impressed with the final result and plan to use their services in the future.

Leaving a two star not because of the customer service as Salvador n his front desk staff are great, but the service itself was genuinely disappointing from his crew members who handle the repairs. 1. I went to go look at my car & it wasn’t paint match properly they said it was because they couldn’t blend the paint because I had a vinyl wrap on my car so I went a different date and removed it myself so they could, I genuinely believe all they did was spray clear coat on the doors and that’s it & didn’t even try to blend it. (When I went to remove the wrap I scanned the paint n the paint thickness was the same exact numbers on the fender from when I went to remove the wrap and got my car back, the paint thickness on the doors did change but not the fenders. The driver said fender never even looked different from when I stated it didn’t look right n they said they repsrayed) 2. Multiple screws were missing from my door panels (to remove the door handles they had to remove my door cards to paint the doors) In the process of this they didn’t tighten some screws and didn’t even put some back on, they damaged some ambient lighting I had in my car and due to not all the screws being tighten they did damage my speakers which they did reimburse me for & the ambient lighting. However on my driver side water is still leaking inside and I don’t know why which I didn’t have this issue before. 3. My rocker panels are missing clear coat i don’t know if they were sanded down or over spray got on them accidentally or what but i have no clear coat on the front part of the driver side at all, i mentioned it to them but they said they couldn’t of done that. 4. They blamed the insurance company as to why they couldn’t align my front end properly n said it was due to aftermarket parts, I messed with it some and fitment is properly set now. (Down below are photos of how they left my cars fitment unaligned) 5. Aftermarket wiring isn’t there responsibility at all to organize but oem I do feel should of been placed properly, after finding things I wasn’t happy with back to back I decided to drop my bumper and inspect everything, multiple wiring harnesses were just left loose to dangle, & my passenger side fog light plug was ripped out of the pins. 6. Multiple areas had missing paint or they sanded down to polish but sanded down a bit to much causing the paint to come off and leaving primer to be exposed n no paint. (some areas on the sides of the bumper are flaking off the paint) 7.i asked them if I would have issues with vinyl wrapping my car again n they said no yet I vinyl wrapped one piece of the front bumper a couple days ago and the bottom part ripped the paint off and now I’m not even sure if I want to rewrap my car fully again as I feel it’ll rip my paint off areas that it would be noticeable. ( down below I highlighted what I wrapped it was white I put it black the under part of it ripped of but the face of it didn’t but I don’t know if one day I wanna pull it off if it will rip of the paint or not. 8. My bumper comes with two clips on the side of the fender liner 2 were broken, I’m assuming they broke them when they had to put in another bumper since the first one wasn’t fitting properly. 9. Didn’t even put back on a clip that holds the center of the bumper so it doesn’t rattle (bought and gave me that missing piece) Over all the labor work just was not great at all especially if you have a keen eye for detail I don’t recommend this place, and like I said in the beginning Salvador the owner is a great person and his front desk staff have superior customer service. I do feel his bodyshop workers however need to be more precised on there work as they represent Salvador’s business and doing a bad job just makes this business look bad due to their lack of worksmanship & I don’t believe that’s fair to customers nor Salvador’s business when he seems to treat all the workers with respect and loyalty and no loyalty is being returned when they are not doing their job properly to insure customers are satisfied.

I had an excellent experience with Fox Auto Services from start to finish. Throughout the entire process, the team was extremely communicative and responsive. I received daily updates on insurance coordination, clear details about where my car was in the repair process, and photo updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. When there were insurance issues and delays related to certain repair parts, the owner, Salvador, personally got involved to handle everything. He kept me updated with messages and phone calls and made sure I was informed every step of the way. That level of hands-on care truly stood out. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. I can’t say enough positive things about the service provided and highly recommend Fox Auto Services for any car repair needs. Thank you so much to the entire team!
