The customer service is top tier from the pleasant conversation to the follow ups, shuttle pick up. Framerite's manager Dave was friendly, professional and accommodating. All services were completed as requested and timely. The pricing was reasonable. The facility is clean. I misunderstood something about my car and the mechanic William was very reassuring and patient. I will be back.

I took my 2017 Hyundai Tucson to these professional and kind people. I had a break light that went out and my husband said while he gets the food I should find an auto repair shop, I choose Framerite the customer service was extremely wonderful. The waiting area was so cool it was like stepping into a man cave that us women would love to at least I know that I enjoyed it. They fixed my car with no problem and gave me a loaner car while we waited for the end result. Thank you to the owner and his people for the very nice experience and you have a customer for life THNAKS AGAIN DANA BRAXTON

To me, this is a unicorn auto shop. Honest, hard-working mechanics who care about their customers. They don't over-charge, and they don't sugar-coat. They do right by their cars and their customers. They've been there as a family-owned business since the 50s and it shows. I drove all the way from DC for service and will happily do so again. It's worth it.

I was told there was metal on my dipstick and that I had internal engine problems after trying to get an oil change; I was refused service because of “liability”. I do understand I was 10k miles over the recommendation, however, I brought it in to another mechanic shop and got a second opinion they just told me the oil was very low and they recommend that I get an oil treatment. This was my second time here the first was calm, but this go around was odd. I had sent a friend of mine to get their car maintenance because she had a spark plug issue and she was also refused service for some odd reason. Not everything is about race but its clear they service a certain demographic. Reply To Framerite: When I mentioned certain demographics, I was not referring to race. You chose to assume that. I was referring to the wealthy demographic, as it is clear your business prioritizes customers and vehicles that yield higher profit margins. As for my friend, she simply requested to use her own parts for a repair and was turned away because your shop does not allow that, which is your policy, but does not justify the dismissive tone that followed. About my 2017 Sentra, I had my engine and transmission inspected after our encounter, and no issues were found, unfortunately. When I asked your attendant if there was anything I could do to ensure my vehicle’s performance, I was turned away without being offered a diagnostic or even a paid inspection. If your position is that I neglected maintenance, then liability would rest with me as the consumer, not with your shop. Your responsibility as a mechanic is to provide recommendations and solutions, not assumptions and defensiveness.

If I could post 10 stars I would, exceptional service from David. Being from the car industry, it’s not a lot of “Mechanics” who could achieve such a praise. Very very honest and professional, not to mention informative! If you have a Chevy, ask for Art! Best mechanic I’ve seen! Gotta engine replaced and saved me some money!
