I searched online for a particular jeep that I wanted after chatting with chat bot. Immediately after, I received a call from Michael Clarke and arrangements were made. Michael Clarke assistant Bryan Milligan gave myself/spouse a tour and had Jeep Compass Cherokee on site readily for us to test drive with 3 seats in it. As my spouse was was driving around parking lot, I set my eyes on black Jeep Compass Latitude, that Immediately drew my attention. Bryan Milligan rode in car, while my spouse took a ride around the block for test drive. I fell in love with it. After test driving vehicle, we met with Fletcher, sorry didn't get his last name, he explained everything and terms of contract, where my spouse and I understood thoroughly and answered all questions and concerns we had without hesitation. Fletcher gave excellent customer service. While awaiting for approval, Bryan Milligan, asked if we wanted anything to drink. My spouse had questions regarding his Dodge Caravan, that we purchased at Fred Frederick previously, Bryan Milligan personally walked my spouse over to Service Dept and all of my spouse questions were answered immediately. The wait time was quick and fast. My spouse and I drove out of the parking lot with new vehicle. I would recomnend Fred Frederick Car Dealership to my family, colleagues, co- workers, and friends. Excellent customer service, kind, courteous, and readily answers questions and concerns in an experienced manner. Regina and Gregory Thomas were very pleased. Outstanding service!!! Need more stars to rate this Dealership.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2025 Jeep Gladiator High Tide at Fred Frederick CDRJ Easton. Their pricing online is very upfront and they don't have any hidden fees to give you sticker shock while negotiating. Ross and Nikki were wonderful to deal with and they had me out with my new Gladiator quickly with no pressure to purchase or buy add-ons. Overall, I fully plan to do business here in the future and would highly recommend anyone looking for a Jeep to start their search here.

My buying experience with Nikki, Bryan, and Fletch was outstanding. There was no back-and-forth—it was a straightforward, no-nonsense process. IG Burton is Better. I drove 45 min because David Sutton Sales Manager would not do the deal over the phone. IG Burton did the deal thru text. And gave me the most money, and the best rate. David is the worse sales manager I have talked to. I would not trust this dealer as long as David is there. Don't waste your time like I did.
