Place is ok Problem yes I appreciate the assistance, but I believe there might be a more efficient process in place for addressing simple fixes. It seems a bit inconvenient to charge $14 and then have to wait another 35 minutes online, only to incur another $14 charge. I hope we can find a better system to streamline these situations in the future. Thank you!
