Not sure about the other people here at the dealership, but my son purchased a 2013 Chevy Silverado 4x4 from a guy named Manny he posts his vehicles on facebook marketplace the truck had electrical issues. The windows wouldn't go up or down. Parking lights would not work. Third brake light did not work. Low beams did not work and there was a gasket on the motor that was leaking oil and the rocker panel was rusted threw on the bottom...the salesman Manny trys to slick talk you threw everything and will try to cover up as many things that are wrong with the vehicles as possible so basically if your not mechanically inclined I would not purchase a vehicle from here...because once he has your money you won't hear from him again.

This is a horrible place to get your car from! One, they are completely overpriced. Two, the cars end up needing something fixed after having them for less than a month and they tell you your warranty is up after a month so then you have to pay out of pocket. Three, the communication is awful. The customer service, well there is none. The way that some of the employees talk to you they always have a attitude. Last, they end up stealing from you. My car was in their possession and I had some crock pots in my car and when I went to get them they were gone. But I was told no one was able to get into the car. Also I had a credit card in my car that was charged still saying they couldn’t get into the car but when I went to go get it the card was no where to be found in my car. I regret ever doing business with these ppl and don’t recommend it. They don’t even deserve the one star ! Then the owner will comment and try to make it seem like they did nothing wrong

Solid place. They are good if you basically really need a car and your credit is bad. The downside is they FAR OVERCHARGE for the cars and you have to long term think is it even worth it. If you can finance somehow you can but if not this may be a good place for you. Also the customer service was good it was some miscommunication here and there but good I ultimately walked away after coming up there several times as I opted to finance.

If you are looking to purchase a vehicle I recommend Fuentes Brothers. They have a great selection of cars to pick from, they have reliable cars, and most of all they treat you like family. I can assure you because I have now 3 years with my vehicle and it’s still in great condition haven’t had to take my car in for nothing mayor but oil change or any regular maintenance that any vehicle needs. We are now at our second car with Fuentes Brothers and could not be happier with everyone there. It’s hard to find a place that care about there clients and are not just about money. 👍🏻

I have bought 4 trucks from this place in the past 5 years... 03 Ford expedition, 07 suburban, 07 Acura mdx and 05 Escalade and all are paid with no problems. Never have I had any major issues with any of these SUV other than regular maintenance. Giovanni and the staff have always treated me with respect and if I needed anything they were there. I recommend this place to anyone. Just remember one.... research the vehicle you are buying before you purchase it
