When driving my 2024 Kia EV9 a paint like substance got all over the light bar in the front grill and all over the body of my car. I tried to solve it myself and sadly started to do damage to the paint. I randomly decided to pull into this shop. Derrick was very kind and helpful out the gate. He took the time to not only get the paint off but he also got the scratches out that I made trying to "fix" the issue. After this amazing service I wanted to see how good the reviews were for his shop. What is this smear campaign going on?! Derrick was nothing but nice and helpful. Nothing was missing from my car, and pretty confident the man isn't racist (entire crew is black & so am I). All in all:Great shop, awesome guys, fair prices. At the end of the day it's about the shops craftsmanship not some social media vendetta.

When I came to pick up my suv there was a massive dent in the front. They told me they didn’t know what happened and to leave. Instead of offering to fix this they insisted I leave. Also wouldn’t let me look at security cameras. EDIT (After reading the rest of these reviews I can say I’m not one of the people from tiktok)

My experience overall with this business is upsetting. I saw how many of Derek’s family friends were saying such good things about his work, boy were they wrong. I take my Cadillac in for an inspection and Derek gives me a list of things to be fixed. I come back three weeks later and find toenail clippings in my ashtrays, cigarette burns allover the interior, and a used t*moon hanging out of my CD player. On top of all that he cut a hole in my roof when all I needed was a new headliner.

Derrick is a phenomenal screw up. Uses deck paint, can’t bondo, will hold your car hostage.
