My car would not start. When i called Thomas was very polite and professional. He was able to tow my car for a very reasonable price. It took them very little time to figure out what was wrong, and when they did, they immediately called me and told me the issue. It did not take long for it to be completed, and once I got my car back, I was extremely satisfied with how great it ran. I would highly recommend Furnace Branch Auto. 😁

I had an issue with my brake line come up, I ended up finding furnace branch auto online. They looked at my car, towed, and fixed my issue for a great price. Everyone there was very nice and they had my car done in less than 24 hours. I would definitely use them again and recommend them if you need some work done.

I called for a battery installation and my tow truck driver didn't show. Ashley from the shop offered to drive to my house and jump start my car so I could make it to the shop for my appointment. I have never seen customer service like this. All around very fair pricing and nice people going anywhere else.
