Worst mechanic EVER. The customer service is terrible. I took my vehicle in for rust repair and to have the side step welded back in place. What I got was a Frankenstein patch job that caused more problems. Sheet metal was riveted to the floor of the van unnecessarily. When they drilled the holes for the rivets they drilled through the gas fill neck hose. I didn't find out until I went to the gas station and gas was leaking all over the place. That was such a waste of gas. There were so many other complaints but I don't have the energy to type them all. Just do yourself a favor and go to a qualified mechanic.

Let me start by saying if you need a decent, reputable mechanic shop/service that values their customers’ vehicle, time, and money; then steer clear of this establishment! No exaggeration whatsoever! My FIL’s vehicle has been in these ppl possession since November and the same issues persist (Keith alleged that you can put all the blame on me). He had 4 tires in the back of his truck, which all three owners (Skip, Buster & Keith) have confirmed, but between Nov ‘24 and April 3rd or 4th, somehow they’ve miraculously disappeared. Of course, I am not going to allow him to be taken advantage of. I did some digging on the shop, and although their shop name may come up on a Google search, It does not show up in a Maryland Business Express search nor does is show up in a BBB search, which means they are operating as an illegal business entity!

Professional and honest staff. I dropped in for a maintenance check due to my car unexpectedly having issues. They were able to make time for me and fixed the issue quickly. Thank you for the warm welcome to the area and servicing my auto needs.

This place need to shutdown. Did a brake job on my vintage VW and the brakes failed and cause damage to my hood. It took a year for this place to repair my hood. Pick up my VW yesterday 5/4/20, with a lot of overspray from the hood being repaired. The Mechanic same guy (Keith) who messed up on the brake job, tell me oh you can just use any kind of wax to get the overspray off. Needless to say that is not true. I am just so disappointed with this automotive shop I would not recommend anyone to take a used bicycles in there to be repaired stay away! The sad part is I had to threaten to take them to court in order to get my car. He had so many excuses and communicate is non exiting, and when he did it was lies. Not once did the owner or Keith apologized for the inconvenience or even suggest to have my car detailed. Go at your own risk!

I was quoted $1200 for a transmission replacement. It took them a week to complete and when I went to pick it up I was told the cost is now $1788. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I do not like businesses that are dishonest.
