A Warning to Loyal Customers of Mr. Waheed: For years, Mr. Waheed was my trusted, honest mechanic for my Mercedes. I continued bringing my 2009 CLK-350 (250,000+ miles) to the same location, unaware that the business had been taken over by a new owner. My Experience with the New Management: Lack of Transparency: I was never informed that the shop was under new ownership or that their policies had changed. Exorbitant Quote: After having my car for over a week, I was given a repair estimate of $6,000—a price that exceeds dealership rates for a car of its age and mileage. Damaged Property: Most alarmingly, my radiator was broken while the car was in their possession. It was functioning perfectly when I dropped it off. Unethical Billing: When I refused the outrageous repairs, I was slapped with a $180 "diagnostic fee" that I was never notified about beforehand. This is a complete betrayal of the trust and goodwill built by the previous owner. I feel scammed. The new owner is dishonest, expensive, and damaged my vehicle. I strongly advise everyone to stay far away.
