I recently had to get an oil change and I knew exactly where to go: G&G tire. Uncle William, Garth, and Geoffrey are my favorite people in the world. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a guy who looked like he could bench-press my car. Seriously, this dude had muscles that were practically doing the Macarena. Not only are they all ripped, but funny. I thought, “Is this a tire store or a comedy club?” Now, I have to mention the cute boy working there (ya know the bench press looking one) —he was not only charming but also really knowledgeable about tires! The decor had that perfect blend of rustic charm and modern flair, kind of like getting lost in a “blank space” but in the best possible way. And the girls whose Christmas card was on the wall was adorable. If I was a guy I’d definitely ask if she’s single. The best part about the whole experience? They worked quickly and efficiently – like a swift "Shake It Off" in tire form! This tire shop is not just about tires; it’s an experience! If you want your tires fixed, oil changed, and your funny bone tickled, this place is a must-visit! If you ever find yourself in need of tires, I definitely recommend checking this place out! Plus, you might just get a smile from the cute boy that works there. I think his name is Bill.

After having a bad experience a couple years ago with G&G, I decided to give them another chance since everyone deserves a second chance. I special ordered tires and one rim which was reasonably priced and arrived within one week. G&G was able to get me in quickly for a tire change and alignment. In general, I was satisfied with my latest experience with them. When I hit 5000 miles with the new tires, I rotated the tires myself and noticed my front tires had an extreme negative camber to them (The top of the tires are leaning inward and is visibly noticeable). The negative camber was so bad that the tread on the inside of my new tires are worn down to the tire’s wear bar indicator. I brought my truck back to G&G to politely show them that their alignment failed and how my new front tires are ruined. The obscene response I received was “your alignment was green when your vehicle left the shop and we see this all the time with lifted vehicles”. I was never given or shown the post alignment specifics as I have always received with other shops. Furthermore, I have owned 3 different generations of Tacomas the last 22 years and each truck had a 6” lift with 35” tires and I have NEVER had this instance occur (nor have I ever heard it happening within 5000 miles). G&G told me they would re-align the truck for $60 and I said yes because I desperately needed it. The alignment ended up being free and G&G sent me on my way without a care in the world. The truck only saw highway miles during the first 5,000 miles and in my opinion, the alignment cam bolts were never tightened/torqued after G&G aligned the truck. Each tire costs over $380 and now im out over $760 due to G&G’s negligence to take an extra moment to ensure the alignment was complete.

I have purchased tires for all my vehicles for decades. Just got another set for my truck. As usual it was a perfect experience . From the knowledgeable front desk where you are treated professionally with the options, to the installers who do a excellent job on getting you your new tires. Then lastly paying your bill and driving away in your vehicle with a new SMOOTH RIDE.. GREAT PRICES☆☆☆☆☆GREAT SERVICE☆☆☆☆☆FAST SERVICE ☆☆☆☆☆and JOB WELL DONE IF THE STARS WERE MORE THAN 5 WOULD GIVE MORE++++++++

I was traveling home to Ohio when I had a blowout on 68S. I stayed at a hotel overnight and called G&G Tire Service the next morning. They got me in and out within an hour with 2 new tires, which worked great for the rest of my 200 mile trip home. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for easing my anxiety during a stressful time!

Rude. Stopped in to ask if they could mount and balance some tires I had previously purchased due to our tire machine breaking. I got a rude answer we don't mount customer supplied tires because it takes away from business. It's a wonder you have any business at all with that attitude. Went to Walmart and they had no problems doing.
