There are lots of good choices around here for shops. Gateway has done a great job with maintenance for us multiple times. Parking is tight, but you can generally find a place. Clean and comfortable waiting room. They've been willing to get me in on short notice, and their rates for tire work, at least before fees and shop charges, are the best I've seen. Highly recommend.

This was our first experience with Gateway Automotive. We made an appointment and they took our car in right on time. They had a nice area to wait in while our car was being serviced. The work was completed timely and everyone was courteous. We will be using their services again.

I have been using Gateway Automotive since 1996. I have never had a bad experience with them. The first time was I had a nail in my tire. I ask if they could fix it and the guy looked at it and said he could fix it right there. I never even had to get out of the truck. He also did not want to charge me for the job. I had to make him take the money. Great people to deal with.

I have been doing business with Gateway Automotive for 12 years and not once have I ever had a bad experience. All of the people working there are friendly and have always done great work. On several occasions I have called with what I thought was an emergency (check engine light on) and Tony has always told me to come right then so they could see what was happening. I highly recommend them based on all my experiences with then.

Another great experience! My son had a flat from hitting debris on the highway. They squeezed him in even though they were short a mechanic. They replaced his tire with a used tire at a great price. Thanks again! Highly recommend!
