I purchased a 2024 Genesis GV80 with a maintenance package included. Recently, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and a software update. When I went to check out, I was told there was a balance due. I questioned it because I believed my maintenance package covered the service. The technician explained that my vehicle had reached the mileage where oil changes are no longer included. Dawn was helping me at the counter, and I shared that I wasn’t prepared to pay for it. She was so kind and understanding and went to speak with the manager to see if anything could be done. Dawn came back and told me the manager agreed to waive the charge as a courtesy since I’m a loyal customer and wasn’t aware of the policy. I truly appreciated how helpful, patient, and supportive she was. Everyone in the service department has always been great, but Dawn went above and beyond. Her customer service really stood out, and I’m very grateful for her help.

I went through n not planning on buying a car, my goal was to look and get information. The process was painless, we came to terms that we both agreed to and I left with a new car. I hate the trifecta, the salesman, sales manager and the finance guy were all professional and very informative. I would highly recommend Ourisman Genesis of Bowie!

Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. I’m in the market for a new vehicle and would prefer a genesis as I’ve been eyeing it for a while now. I noticed one popped up here and made an appoint to go in and take a look/ possibly test drive. Before even getting there, the experience was already off to a bad start given that I was contacted by not one, not two, but three different sales reps about coming in to take a look at the car. While being there, the rep that helped me kind of had a slight attitude with me for simply saying that I didn’t want to have my info ran or anything as I wasn’t sure if I wanted to purchase anything yet. I said this because she immediately made me sign a paper with some of my info (no ssn yet). This threw me off because I didn’t feel like I should be signing anything yet given I’m just there to look at a car. She got a smart tone with me saying “ how could I run any info if you haven’t given me your ssn yet”. I let it side and kept going forward as I wanted to take a look at the car and test drive it. When we got back from the drive, I got an emergency phone call from family and had to leave in a hurry but I informed the sales rep that I was very interested in the vehicle and would be back to move forward and would say in contact but that I was flying out of the country the next day and would reach out when I got back in the states on the 23rd. Since then I have been constantly harassed by this dealership getting nonstop phone calls from them just about every other day if not everyday. I informed them of the day I would be back and am still having my phone blown up by them while I’m on the other side of the world. They constantly call me and I even texted the sales rep I spoke with originally and let her know AGAIN that I was out of the country and would reach out when I get back to which she said “understood”. Now that should have been the end of it but I still received more calls after this to the point where I now had to make a long distance, international phone call to let them know to stop harassing me. I now have absolutely ZERO desire in doing business with these people if this is how they conduct themselves after constantly being informed of my situation. If you wish to be harassed and strong armed into doing/ buying something, than by all means, visit this dealership. Otherwise, stay FAR FAR FAR Away from this location as they do not respect professional/ personal boundaries.

I came to the Bowie location. I was there for an oil change. I arrived at 11:15 and didn’t leave out until 4:20. My car was not washed and lied to. This is very unacceptable and I will be calling corporate. I wasted 4 1/2 hours. Lost wages and very dissatisfied. I feel I will not return to this location.
