Disorganized, long waits, and rude staff – twice now I’ve been to Auto Spa Germantown twice, and both visits were bad experiences. It took over 20 minutes just to get into the car wash, with cars sitting and waiting for no clear reason while others cut in. There is no line, no order, and no traffic control. Cars were honking constantly, people were visibly angry, and several vehicles left out of frustration. The situation felt chaotic and completely avoidable. Staff made no effort to organize traffic or explain the delays, and when customers asked questions, the responses were rude and unhelpful. The lack of basic customer service and crowd management is unacceptable. After two bad experiences, I won’t be returning. I would not recommend this place unless major changes are made.

Not worth it. The concept of having wipers after the drive thru sounds nice but what is the point if they are not even cleaning well. My car was left with lots of water marks which I could only show in a few pics due to reflection but there was a lot around the car. You can also see that part of my sideview mirror was taken off but it is what it is. My dissatisfaction and anger is mostly because I still had to do my own car wash. They didn't even clean the leaves under the windshield wipers unless I told them to before leaving. The bare minimum is all I get, but I would expect at least that I leave and actually look like I got a car wash. I literally get home 15 mins after the wash and my family asks when are you getting a car wash. All I could do is laugh it off at this point.

🔥 Worst experience ever! Their car wash machine broke my mirror and their employee sprayed some kind of chemical that cannot be removed. Instead of taking responsibility, the store manager shamelessly claimed I did it myself and tried to push all the blame on me. Disgusting! The head office (WLC) is even worse. Their so-called “after-sales service” brushed me off with a cold response: “We’ll hand it over to the insurance company.” No apology. No accountability. Nothing. The regional manager Megan Monroe and her superior Megan S. went as far as threatening me—saying they would call the police if I didn’t leave. This is their definition of “customer service.” Zero respect for customers, zero responsibility for the damage THEY caused. No wonder their Google rating is only 3.6 stars. I deeply regret ever did car wash to this place. My car has been damaged since 8/27, it’s now 6 days later, and they have done absolutely nothing to fix it. ⚠️ If you want your car destroyed and then be treated like garbage, this is the perfect place. Otherwise, stay far, far away from this so called“SPA.”

My car came out absolutely spotless. What really blew me away was seeing the manager, Daniel, not just supervising but actually working on my car with the team. That alone says everything about the standards at this place. Everyone was locked in and paying attention to every detail. I was so impressed that I asked to speak with the manager just to tell him his employees were straight up killing it. Yerson and the entire crew did an amazing job. Hands down one of the best auto spa experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back.

I was impressed with the level of effort going into my car - 5 men after the car wash, polishing my car, vacuuming, spraying down the dashboard, etc. Incredible! Also the manager ANTHONY was so kind and professional. I was concerned my tires might be low and he went out of his way to check them. Of the staff is any indication of his skills as manager - he is doing a great job! Lastly, my cashier was so gracious and sweet. All in all, great work and a courteous and professional staff.
