My family has used this mechanic for years. I needed my car repaired for the state safety inspection. Had my brother bring it in for a quote and was quoted 2k. I said that was fine and he could start working. It's been a month and I called for an update. I was told that he didn't know if he should work on it and that he needed a $1500 deposit. He didn't tell me brother he needed a deposit and was told he could start on the repairs.

⚠️ Avoid this mechanic! I took my car to him because it had a transmission issue. He told me to order a part, which I did. He kept my car for two weeks and then told me he didn’t have time to fix it. This was very unacceptable — if he couldn’t do the repair, he should have told me on the first day instead of wasting my time. Now I have to take my car to another mechanic. Very unprofessional and not reliable. Do not trust your car with him.

Tom is super with women and will not take advantage of you. He is honest and has great prices. I have been with him for 17 years as a divorced women and before that 7 years as a married woman. He has been super honest with me and my friends.

Tom fixed my 20 year old Benz when other me other "high-end" mechanics wouldn't even touch it. He's been keeping our family's Honda and Benz in good running order for 15 years now. His shop isnt fancy and flashy but the work he does is great and his prices down to earth.
