I don’t care what everyone else’s experience was. Mine was beyond disappointment. The Owner/mechanic replaced my engine mounts five months ago, paid in full by my warranty company. Left an obvious sound under my car after repair. Reported. I told him something was wrong right after he completed the replacement. He told me to take it somewhere else and pay for another diagnostic cause he didnt know what it was. Five months later they need to be replaced again. I was told by my warranty company take it back to GH Automotive because it was still under a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty with them. The owner/mechanic did not want to pay so he did a carfax report on my car and used a fender bender on the passenger door as an excuse to void the warranty. Then made up false claim that there was damage to engine prior that caused my mounts to fail. I have proof that that isnt true but have to take it to court just because he’s refusing to show me the warranty for the parts only that he used. Void or not I have a right to see it. Update: Several False Statements. You are lying. There are two sides to a story and the truth. I have receipts and proof and pictures. my bad review resulted from the fact that you Simply refuse to provide me a copy of the warranty. Whether void or not. Common sense is that if there was something wrong with my engine frame, you would’ve saw that the first time you did the work “10yr Professional“. Engine mounts are $500 each apprx. How did you get them for $100? I want a copy of the Warranty was all that I ask. Don’t lie and say you've provided it cause you have not.

Excellent customer service, great service performed in a timely manner. The prices are very reasonable. The mechanic was very knowledgeable about the repairs needed on my vehicle. He explained thoroughly so that I could get a full understanding of the work that would be completed. I definitely would recommend this shop. This is my third visit and I am very satisfied with all the work that has been completed by this mechanic.

Lonte was very customer friendly and professional. He answered all my questioned and gave me his expert advise on my “should I fix this or that?” questions. Definitely keeping him as my mechanic. Btw , great pricing !!!

Where do I start? I have had my Explorer for 5 years now and been having trouble with it since I got it. Engine light will come on, then go off. Then maybe a month or 2 later, it will do the same thing. I took it to GH Auto, told him the problems I was having with the truck, he replaced my high pressure fuel pump and a Tune up. I feel like I got a new truck. It runs great. I know where I’m going for now on and his prices are fair. 👍🏾
