We've been coming to Gili's since we have moved to the area 3 years ago, and have always had a great experience. Often our car will tell us all of the service it needs, but upon inspection, they only charge us for what we truly need fixed -- which is not always the case for car repair shops and certainly not for dealerships. We recently also got rear ended, and Gili was extremely knowledgeable about the insurance process and incredibly transparent via phone call and email. This service was great, and we highly recommend this shop.

I took my Audi 2010 Q5 here based on the reviews, it had a major misfire on cylinder#5 it was initially diagnosed as a faulty coil on #5 caused by a leaking valve cover gasket, all was replaced and still the misfire. I was then told there was no power to the coil and needed further investigation, then I was told there was in fact power to the coil but the compression was down on that cylinder and I needed a new engine (12K) or a minimum $3000 tear down to investigate. More than a little upset about the prognosis I took the car to another local shop asked them to check the compression and do a leak down, they did the test three times and no issues. They diagnosed a faulty injector and replaced it. Car now runs perfectly, no misfire and no new engine. Its tricky to know if the coil was in fact bad, or just the most likely first glance potential problem. In the end I paid $1400 to replace a single coil that may or may not have been bad and replace valve cover gaskets. You can form your own opinion, personally I liked the place, friendly and clean but the fact I very nearly junked my car because I was told it was a terminal issue with the engine means I would be extremely cautious with these guys. Maybe its just one of those things but man.......

Fantastic service and better pricing than other shops in the area. Gilis just repaired my bumper after a deer collision. Not only did Orna take the time to personally examine the damage with me and explain the likely repairs, she also answered all of my questions about the insurance process and my options. They did great work and advocated on my behalf when State Farm wanted to only pay for an after-market bumper. They got me the genuine part, kept me informed through the whole process, and detailed my car.

I had my car major scratches and dents repaired and paid out of pocket. Gilis not only provided phenomenal service and work but provided a great value. The outstanding attention to details and ability to make the car look like brand new was amazing. Gilis and his assistant were very personable.
