I had a mirror cut for a piece of furniture and Elisa was great. I had no expectation that I could get it done while I was there especially on a holiday, yesterday, with short hours. Chris had a small piece with the thickness I needed and was able to cut it while I was there. Thank you both for your excellent customer service. Great job. Sally

Brian the sales rep was very courteous and prompt. Definitely not a pressure tactics kind of sales person. Did a thorough job of inspecting my job and getting me a competitive quote fast. I have a picture window with a popped seal.

I would also not recommend Go Glass. We spent an exorbitant amount of money there buying all of the glass doors for our showers. We could have gone cheaper, but thought Go Glass would stand behind their products...not the case. They are not that old, and we have had significant rusting on all of the hardware. Called about it and was told someone would get back to us. A week went by, crickets, so we reached out again. Was told by Heidi that she had forgotten and would call us back by 2 that same day. Again, crickets, so we reached out once again to be told that they only cover their product for a year! Looked at Wayfair website to compare and they have lifetime warranty on their parts. It was the I don't really care attitude, and not standing behind their overpriced product has done us in. I will go elsewhere next time.

Sad to say, I would not recommend Go Glass. The initial sales pitch estimate was helpful but it went downhill dramatically from there. At a high level, they replaced slider door glass for us - ocean front and I wish it would have been successful. I wish we would have chosen a different provider who cared. After the glass install, the door had a draft and we could hear the street noise, neither was an issue before. No return calls - call 5 times you may get answered or a call back. Maybe. Customer Support was at times rude and always unhelpful When they came to fix the issues from install, our blinds were broken. No one was there with them, but our next guests found the broken cord upon entering. They are not accepting the responsibility. The worst part is the communication. Mistakes can happen but you can’t say you will deliver a message or call back and then not do it. This is basic customer treatment, not special treatment. Sad about this experience and really wish they had a different mindset about the value of their customer. We are going to let our building and fellow owners know in hopes of preventing them from the loss we’ve taken. We tried so hard to work it out with them, I waited to post this until we finally just took their message, they do not care about our business or experience.

Took car in for windshield replacement. Tech came out and looked at it. Said was running behind would try to get to it. A few minutes later received a call saying they couldn't replace windshield. They said whoever tried to stop leak put sealant around windshield and they couldn't cut through it and to come get car. Amazing how they were running behind to about 5 minutes later calling saying they couldn't fix. Got home and looked at windshield and they had not even tried to do anything. Still same condition as when we dropped car off. Lost my business and my neighbor who recommended them. The windshield had a Crack in it and needs to be replaced and the material that was used on the windshield was windshield sealant bought at an auto parts store when we thought windshield was leaking. NOT liquid nails, I'm not that stupid.
