Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. I took my car in for an inspection and with an 8 AM appointment, they were finished by 11:30. Could be faster, but on the whole really not that bad of a wait. Inspection, tire change, etc., all reasonably priced. Reasonable fee to dispose of the old tires as well. My car did end up needing some work, and when I picked it up I asked for a quote from them for the parts and labor. I had to call back once that day and once the next to actually get the quote. The price for parts and labor was comparable to some other garages I called in the area; perhaps just a bit higher. My only issue is that they require you to let them supply the parts - you can't buy them and have them install. The man at the desk told me "We try to stay away from customer parts because it's part of our profit." That's all well and good; can't fault a place for that. But I did save several hundred dollars buying the parts myself and taking them somewhere else, and coming back to Graff's for a reinspection. One the whole, I would go to Graff's again for something like an inspection, alignment, tire mount, etc.

Graff’s is a hidden gem! They did all the maintenance work my vehicle needed for under $400 when the dealership had quoted me $1k. Then they helped me find a tow and had my car running the next day when I had a breakdown!
