As part of my AAA coverage, Tristan from Grant’s came to check my battery when my car wouldn’t start. He called me shortly after I sent in my request to ask more specifically what specific assistance I needed in order to make sure he had the correct battery. Although it took a little longer than estimated, I figure that’s typical for roadside assistance and when Tristan arrived, he apologized. He worked very quickly and let me know all the specifics. Turns out I didn’t need a new battery yet and Tristan advised me on what to do next. He got me back on the road quickly and I felt confident in his assessment. I’m very happy with the level of service I received from Grant’s and Tristan.

I had the best experience with the Ray who picked up my car today. He was professional, patient, and incredibly kind during a moment that was honestly really stressful for me. He arrived quickly, explained everything in a way I could understand, and made sure my car was safely loaded and taken exactly where it needed to go. You can tell he truly cares about helping people, not just doing a job. If you ever find yourself needing a tow, I highly recommend him — exceptional service from start to finish!

I would like to thank Tim Sinclair for coming to my rescue. He went above and beyond his duty of a Tow Truck Driver. My car was serviced for an antifreeze leak which was fixed and I was totally satisfied. However, I didn’t even make it home when my car overheated. Obviously, I was upset and called Grants immediately as I sit on the side of the road. I lifted my hood and it was a hose that was not clamped tightly and it blew off emptying all of my antifreeze. It wasn’t quite 4pm (as that is their closing time). When I called Grants he told me there was no one there that could help me. The only thing he could do is to come and tow my car back to the shop. I told him that was unacceptable. I explained to him the problem he apologized but still wanted to tow my car. I told him to send a tow truck driver with a pair of pliers and antifreeze. He apparently wasn’t listening to my words and by this time I was tired of explaining the problem. I asked to speak to a manager. That’s when Mr. Sinclair intervened and I told him it was a simple hose blew off due to it wasn’t clamped tightly. I told him what was needed and if he could just bring a pair of pliers and antifreeze we could fix the problem. There was no need for a tow. “Tim” showed up with what was needed he fixed the problem and I was back on the road! Thank you “Tim Sinclair”! He gets a 5 star!

Thanks to Mr Ray Kettles for towing my car. The wrench light was on and he very calmly told me that the light didn’t necessarily mean something drastic. I really appreciated him for being so nice and professional. Thanks Ray!!!

Tristan was fabulous! I got a flat tire very early in the morning on a Sunday morning.. I called AAA and Tristan contacted me to let me know exactly what time he will be there. When he got there he was very professional and quickly changed my flat to my spare. He inspected the flat tire and found a screw and informed me that I need to get it taken care of because I was driving a long distance. Because of Tristan I didn't waste too much time on my trip!
