We were in need of an oil change for we were going out of town. We did not have an appointment and our other place of business could not take us on short notice. We stopped by The Grease monkey and we were very happy with the knowledge they provide and the quick service and reasonable price!

Usually like going to grease monkey. This time was a disappointment. Guy came out and scolded me for not getting my oil changed on time and then proceeded to let me have it for not getting my front and rear differential checked on time. To top all of this off drove around trying to get things done before going to a funeral and kept smelling oil. So I figured they must have spilled some oil. So I took car all the way up to Baltimore to funeral next day and started back. Got to Annapolis to eat and noticed oil on ground under car. Popped good and there was no oil cap . So thank god there was a Subaru dealership diwn road. They were the best ! Got oil cap and they helped me clean some of oil off. Will never go back to grease monkey! Update went back and the manager was awesome!!!!!! He made sure everything was topped off and gave me a full refund. People make mistakes but with check from now on! Manager and rest of staff are awesome.

What a remarkably pleasant experience. Zero wait time, clean comfortable waiting room, free coffee and snack and clean restrooms. Greeted within seconds by friendly employee who explained the rates and procedures and work on my car began within a minute by another equally as friendly employee. My Grease Monkey employees for today were Brandon and Bryan. This was a good visit - thanks!
