After 24 yeas of patronage a new Manager has taken over and his “customer service” is horrible! I spent $3,200 on front end repairs. It took 5 times of me bringing car back for the same noise in the front end. 12 days in total they had my car, still clunking. I was told “it’s an older car you can live with it”! He has ruined a long standing business relationship I had with previous management. Stay clear of this “Mom and Pop”.

I called to set up an appointment for a tuneup. The lady that answered the phone, then relayed what I needed with a blah blah blah blah blah that that’s not how you get customers into your shop. I know this place has been here for a long time, but it was like she did not want us to do business there so I won’t be doing business there ever!!!!!

Green Valley Garage did an amazing job installing my husband’s brakes on his truck. My father was visiting from out of town and took my husband’s truck up there, and had noticed that my brakes in my Honda CRV were really worn. He asked if it was possible to also replace mine when we returned to pick up the truck. They couldn’t have been any nicer and graciously worked us into their schedule. If you’re looking for people that truly care about you and your vehicle, this place is the real deal. We will be going here for all our future automotive needs.

I had my exhaust flex pipes and rusted muffler replaced yesterday. I absolutely love this shop! Honest, reliable and reasonable prices! They even make their own welded parts! And Rick, the welder, did an amazing job putting my exhaust back together! My 2007 Nissan Murano runs so well now. Thank you Green Valley Garage...I will be back! Oh and thank you for saving me $600...which is how much more another shop wanted to charge me for the same work! Highly recommended! A+++
