Excellent service! Honest, respectful, and efficient. My car was shutting off repeatedly. I took it to Nissan twice this year, but they kept insisting nothing was wrong. I honestly felt like they were trying to avoid honoring their battery warranty, and it was both frustrating and costly — I had to call my insurance company three times in one year just to get jump-started. I even bought my own battery charger to keep in the car. I brought my car here at 8 a.m. on a Friday and got it back by 3 p.m. the same day. They discovered that the battery was indeed faulty. After charging it to 100%, they tested it further by leaving the lights on and doors open — and sure enough, the car shut off again, confirming the issue. They replaced the battery with a new one that includes a 5-year warranty, and the difference was immediate. My car runs perfectly now, and the peace of mind is truly priceless. Highly recommend this shop for their honesty and professionalism!

First person I spoke to on the phone said they couldn't see us till the 29th in 10 days. Wife went in person and they took us same day, Shane had it working in less than an hour. Would have rated four stars because it seems like they could've squeezed us in in reality, but the work was so quick deserves 5 stars for that. Thanks

I highly recommend this place, thanks to the amazing car service I received from their engineer named Joe. After the recent heavy snow, I found myself stranded at home with a car battery issue. Joe immediately got ready and came all the way from his garage to help me out. He fixed the problem with a jump start and made sure my car was fine. Joe truly made a difference during a stressful situation. His kindness and willingness to help reminded me that good people do exist in this world. Truly an angel to me!

My car was turned away and was told they could not work on my car because I brought my own parts…. I have never in my life heard an auto shop say that. They tried to quote me over a thousand dollars for parts and labor and I told them I will purchase my own parts and they told me ok. Now that I finally got a response from them they won’t work on my car because they cant over charge me for parts and labor. The previous owner took the car there all the time, however I will not be because they are unprofessional.

Both my Aunt and I took our vehicles here to get the oil changed, tires rotated, and brakes checked and they were awesome. My Aunt has been taking her vehicles to them for years and has never been dissatisfied. Keep up the great work guys!
