Greencastle Chevrolet Collision Center provides top notch service. I had body work done to my car due to a deer hit in February. They were thorough, fairly priced and had my car repaired on the day originally promised. They also consistently communicated with me where as to where they were at in the process while I was in Florida. Heaven and Annette are awesome to work with. They go above and beyond and are so very accommodating. I am so appreciative of their services and would 10/10 recommend.

Well I thought I had an appt. that I thought I made on line to do a recall repair on my 2011 Ford Fiesta. I don't know where the misunderstanding happened, but they were so kind to us and now we understand better the procedure, I didn't get a confirmation so I should have called.

Had my VW in for body work after a pretty nasty scrape by another vehicle. They did an excellent job matching the paint and reshaping the rear bumper to be flush with the tire well. The job was done on-time and on-budget. An external piece of the car was damaged while under repairs, but they took responsibility and made it right. Great service and the staff is top notch.

Took my dodge charger to them for work, took them longer than told to do the work. Once we went to pick the car up, the spot welds weren’t sanded down and the rear tint was only half way up the window. After they fixed it and we went back, the drivers door had fresh scratches that weren’t there before. The girl in charge swore they were there but I have pictures that show different. After fighting to get them to fix it, the sanded and buffed it.. I had to have it detailed since there was glass still in the car after they “detailed it”. 2nd vehicle we took there and both had issues from the shop. I will never go back nor refer people to greencastle collision again. They should not be a preferred shop.
