Very happy with Greencastle Chevy! I got my 2006 Lexus LX serviced with them and they did great. My advisor Carrie was attentive and polite, love the video the tech sent of my vehicle when he had it. Definitely will keep coming back!

I purchased a vehicle in November, and Greencastle Chevy was nothing short of professional. Brennan was my car salesman, he was patient with me in my decision process and never made me feel rushed into purchasing a vehicle. He reached out shortly after purchasing to ensure I was satisfied and even now 2 months later has been there for me if I have questions about anything. Def recommend Brennan and Greencastle Chevy!

We had issues with our suburban and brought it in to be serviced. Not only are the service staff kind and knowledgeable, but they work very diligently to make sure that the job is completed thoroughly. We had an issue and spoke to our service advisor, Jimmy, and he made sure everything was taken care of!

Last year we took my sons 2013 Volkswagon GTI in for a P2568 code. We were told it needed a radiator replacement and cost of $1500.00. A few weeks later the check engine light came on with the same code. We took it back and they said that it must have been a faulty radiator from Volkseagon and replaced the radiator again when the part came in. Again, the check engine light came on. They pulled it apart and said there's nothing more they could do until another code trips on a sensor. Basically, telling me good luck and gave up. I've called a few times since, left messages and no call back..... Recently, I took the vehicle to a competent mechanic. A few days of troubleshooting, he started taking apart what they did. First off, let me say, they installed the radiator correctly, but put the wrong collant/Antifreeze in the system. When we drained the coolant it was a yellow color. Volkwagon is a European brand. It should have been a violet color for euro cars. This was a huge mistake that could have caused much more issues. At the end, due to corrosion and rust, the water pump needed replaced. Most likely culprit was the wrong coolant in the vehicle. With the water pump now replaced and the sensor working, it tripped a new code P0491 for intake air flow. A hose was found that looked like it had been cut. It could have been anything, but most likely this was the reason for the check engine light being on and not even the radiator to begin with. Inpact drills were used since bolts had been stipped for the oil pan and engine compartment. Keep in mind, it's a European vehicle. These are special bolts with special tools and someone these bolts tighten in the opposite direction on then American made cars. I won't bad mouth the shop. They seemed very nice and did their best. But at the end of the day, I just dont think they are suited for European vehicles like Volkswagon, Audi, BMW.. and so on.

Recently had some warranty work done on a f250 at greencastle chevy. The team was great and Ricki was on top of it. Everyone i interacted with was very pleasant and helpful. They are true professionals and I would recommend them to anyone needing anything from maintenance to in depth repairs.
