I asked on Harford County Advice Line for a reputable car repair dealer after we were broadsided by a deer. So many recommended Grimms Auto Works and I now understand why. From the initial contact and throughout the process to finish, I was treated with the upmost respect and fairness and all my questions were answered in detail. My car is an almost 9 year old Honda Civic and today it looks brand new. I will recommend Sean and his body shop to everyone who is in need. I took my car to Grimm because of their 5 star rating and I am completly satisfied with the body repair. The car looks like new again. Sean helped me get through the appraisal process and explained the best procedure to repair the damage. I felt confident in Sean's assesment and the results speak for themself. They even washed the car after the repair, I was not expecting that. Sean also told me about Deminished Value Rembursement. When a car is in an accident the resale value drops. The insurance company is supposed to make you whole, which means repair the damage and includes being compensated for the lost value of the car. Sean made me aware of this and let me know the insurance company will try to avoid this payment. Sean and his team went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Grimm AutoWorks and will use their services again.

Sean & the team at Grimm are awesome. I have been bringing my SUV there to get oil changes for the last year or so as well as just general checks on the car before big trips. They are priced fairly, are super helpful with scheduling and just do a great job. I just called to ask about a noise my door was making and they said just come on over and they would take a look at it no problem. There was no wait, they came out check out what was wrong and were able to help me. I really trust them with my car and know they aren't going to try upsell me or waste my time. I highly recommend them!
