Guy Motors got me in for a quick turnaround. Needed two new key fobs. They handled it quickly and got it done when others couldn’t!!! Thank you for excellence service!

I purchased a used car from a dealership in Virginia so I needed a Md inspection. Based on advice from a friend, John Fratantuono with MSP, I went here. I needed brake pads, damn Ourisman dealership in Va, however they got them done quickly and fairly.

Great shop got the tires mounted and balanced with no questions asked like others. They did a great job very friendly and quick. Steve was our tech got it done faster then other shops could even call me back! Thanks again. Will definitely be back.

They went above and beyond. Thank you for the best service I've ever felt in a while. I dont know much about cars but when I took my daughters car to Guy Motors, they made me feel welcome and reassured. The prices are extremely reasonable and fair. Ill be taking my car there for maintenance soon!

The prices alone are enough for me to never go back even if they had done a thorough job. They worked on my car that had suffered brake failure. Charged me 1100 bucks to replace the brakes and all the components. Come to find out they ONLY did the rear, not the front brakes. Didn't care to mention that to me. About a week later I notice a weird jingle and took it back for them to double check all their work. The noise wasn’t brake related, but emphasis on the “double checking their work”. Fast forward a month im having brake issues again so i took it somewhere else. The front brakes were metal on metal. Again, guys motors didn’t even tell me. Not when I brought it in the first time, not even when I brought it in the second time. They did however give me a long list of non critical issues with the car the first time I took it in then proceeded to tell me they wouldn’t work on those because it wasn’t worth it. So many opportunities to let me know about my front brakes. Almost like they were waiting for complete failure so they can charge me another 1100 and then some. Money hungry. That’s all I have to say. Never going back.
