I have been going to him for years … to start off with he was one of the best mechanics I’ve ever known. Recently he’s became very lazy I’m not sure if he’s too old to work and hasn’t realized it yet or if he’s literally messing peoples car up on purpose. Over the last 7 months turns out everything that I paid him for either he didn’t do or replaced the correct part with a bad part. I’d report him to your bank, BBB, and anywhere else you can alert people so nobody else has to go through this. I had to get my car towed to him on my birthday and it ruined my entire birthday weekend and the two weeks after too. He literally told me there’s nothing wrong with it (yet the engine light was on , turned out it was my oxygen sensor) mind you he complained about my car engine being too small and it’s hard for him to get around and do any work. I figured maybe it was a mistake and got it towed to him two more times to see if he would fix it and he didn’t. Let him tell it my car was fine. No sir you either did it on purpose or you need to retire!! *read the over reviews if you think I’m joking* DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY TWICE FOR THE SAME THING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rusty and his crew have serviced both of my Jaguars for about a year now, and I'm very pleased with the quality of work that they do. I live in Southern Maryland, and I take (or have them towed) my cars to them to work on. Thanks guys!

CUSTOMER BEWARE! This company replaced rear headlights on my Mercedes. 2 Months later the entire car stopped. I got it towed to a car repair shop, and after days of trying to find where the electrical problem originated, the discovered that BOTH gaskets were missing inside the tail lights, allowing water damage in the SAM module. The mechanic wrote this in a detailed report. I contacted Rusty, the owner, to explain the issue and that it cost, 1k to fix his negligence and my trunk and sunroof are still inoperable. I asked hoe he would like to remedy the problem. He got enraged and said that he gave a really great deal on the headlights. I explained that his "discount" ended up costing twice the cost to get fixed. He yelled "take me to court then" and hung up. This kind of service is baffling. He should not be in Bussiness. Mind you, this is the "OWNER" speaking to a customer about HIS negligent service. I guess we have to go to court then. We have all the evidence, but he will not cooperate at all. Please beware. Any company that is this careless about the service they provide to the public should NOT be in bussiness. Cheaper is not always better. You will pay big time down the road.

My son's gf ran over a trash bag filled with some kind of netting. The bag and netting got wrapped all around her driveshaft and gearbox and started melting and smoking.. She pulled into H R's parking lot as my son and I came to help get it removed. The guy in the garage came out and gave us a small sawsall (yes it was that badly wrapped around the driveshaft). He took a lot of the trash as we pulled it off and provided us a trash bag for when we finally (about 30 minutes later) got the rest off. He was a nice guy and we all appreciated him helping us out.
