My experience going through this Tesla certified shop was great. Donna was awesome and I’m sure the rest of the team is as well. I hit a deer and was able to get scheduled a bit out from when it happened. Had it back within a week after dropping it off. No corners were cut and I’m super happy with the results. I would recommend this shop to others and I would return myself for future work. Thanks!

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! Literally the WORST "body shop" in the tri-state. I had to take my 2024 Bronco back 2 additional times to fix items that should have been fixed the first time. I was rear-ended causing the tailgate to basically buckle. The spare tire on the back took the impact causing damage to the tailgate and rear bumper. When I took it in for the initial assessment, I asked for the spare tire to be inspected / balanced since it was the first thing hit. I also pointed out the damage to the bumper, in addition to the noise in the tailgate. When I picked it up the first time, I asked about the rear tire. I was told that they did nothing about it, I also saw that they had not fixed the bumper. They scheduled me for an additional appointment to rectify these issues. After getting home that day, I noticed 3 large runs on the inside of the tailgate, running almost its entire length. I also noticed that they painted over some sticker on the top of said tailgate. When I took it in the second time I pointed these out. I was told that the runs were from the factory primer which should have been sanded before paint (no crap!)and the sticker was some inventory item that should have been on the underside. After these repairs were "completed" I inspected everything, but noticed the tailgate was not closing properly. Being a late Friday afternoon, I left and took it back this morning(Monday). Apparently the geniuses who aligned my tailgate did so without having the spare tire attached to the door, causing it to be misaligned when being closed. Like I said, DO NOT USE THEM unless you want half assed "repairs" which take multiple visits to finally complete properly.

The most excellent service I received while having my Tesla repaired was beyond compare. Keith Barr and his team in the body shop kept me informed and confident that I made the right choice going to Hagerstown Ford for my repairs. The combination of expert certified service and a proximity that allows me to avoid repair centers off of 270 was perfect. I will certainly recommend them to other Tesla owners in my area.

This is hands down the absolute worst dealership and collision center I’ve ever dealt with. Mark told me my Tesla would be done in 4-6 weeks. Well it ended up being short of 4 months. They had all the parts to fix my vehicle within this time frame but actually ended up breaking the window of my car and then tried to hide the fact that they did it. They were also holding my car hostage because of their incompetence of how car insurance works by telling me “I’m not working on a vehicle I’m not getting paid for” Then months later when I was finally able to pick up my car they said to come in Friday. I have already been burned by this business twice so far with this single accident so I didn’t trust them. Friday come along and surprise surprise the car isn’t ready. Was told to come in Monday. I come in Monday and the car is still not ready but instead of doing what was right they tried to pull a fast one and just give me my car back. I received my car with dust EVERYWHERE. Completely ruined the interior. I have permanent grease marks all over the inside now which are clearly from someone’s hand. Upon inspection of the outside of the car they also tried to give my car back without an emblem from a hood replacement. Once I pointed this out, one of the service guys said “I hate Tesla and their drivers. Why would you even have one of these” well personally I hate businesses that can’t act in a professional manner and run a dishonest business. Since I got the car back there has been a knocking noise that I have video of and have reached out and guess what? They are unresponsive to my emails, voicemails and phone calls! I cannot upload a video but anyone reading this I’m more than happy to send it to them. Then next thing that happened is I went to get a state inspection and the upper control arm bushing is totally blown out still from the accident and failed inspection. My Tesla is still incredibly out of alignment as well. I need to have the steering wheel in the 1 o’clock position in order to drive straight. If you want to shell out $12k for repairs but end up having more problems than when you went in with as well as unrealistic timelines and 0 communications this is the place for you! If not I highly recommend taking your vehicle to another business.

EXCELLENT. Mark and staff are beyond reproach. They are marvelous to deal with and their work is superb. As a Tesla authorized body shop they did my repair perfectly. My hats off to them and I highly recommend their body shop. For those of us living outside the Northern Virginia area they are fast, convenient, easily accessible and professional. If you are a Tesla owner I recommend you let them fix any bodywork and paint repairs you need. You won’t be disappointed. Rick
