I want to share my experience with Hahn's Auto Service because they truly helped me out in a stressful situation. While driving, my rear brake caliper got stuck, which caused constant friction against the rotor. It quickly overheated, and I ended up with smoke coming from the wheel , definitely not something you want to see on the road. I pulled into their shop without an appointment, hoping they could at least take a look. Katie and her team immediately stepped in and treated the situation with urgency and professionalism. They inspected the issue, explained clearly what had happened, and walked me through the repair options without any pressure. What really stood out to me was their honesty and transparency. They didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work, they focused on fixing the actual problem and making sure my car was safe to drive. The repair was handled efficiently, and throughout the process everyone was friendly, respectful, and communicative. It’s not always easy to find a mechanic you can trust, especially when something unexpected happens on the road, but this team proved they genuinely care about their customers. I’m very grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend Hahn’s Auto Service to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and professional auto repair.

Like other reviews, if there were more stars to give Hahn's Auto Service, I'd do it. Reward yourself the next time you need your vehicle worked on by bringing it to this company. From the first phone call to make the appointment and all the way through the process of getting the service completed and delivered, Hahn's went out of their way to do the right thing. I brought my vehicle to them, thinking I was in for an expensive replacement (parts in the many hundreds of $$$) and they were ready to get it taken care of. After looking at the issue, they determined that the issue could be solved with a simple repair using the existing parts already on the vehicle, which saved me hundreds of dollars (and the vehicle now runs even better!). You don't come across many shops like this nowadays. Hahn's bases their business on treating customers with fairness and honesty, something that you don't see much anymore. Great company to work with who'll take good care of you.

I would give Hahns auto service 20 stars if that many stars were on here. Needed a tire changed and they just about dropped everything to come help me put a spare tire on. They get my vote. Will also give them my business with anymore automotive needs I might incounter. Thanks again Tony you were a life saver.
