This is my second time when I used this company to repair my car. If you would like to have nights calm and sleep without any concern about the repair process, this is the best place to leave your car to repair. My experience from the beginning till the end was smooth and stress-free, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was super friendly, professional, and made everything very easy, in particularly helped me with some insurance questions. When I got my car back, I was honestly blown away—it looked like nothing had ever happened! Car was cleaned inside and out. So, a lot of thanks to the team at Han’s Auto Body – Julio, Paul and Mr. Han - for the incredible service and customer support. Highly recommend!

Han's did a spectacular job in fixing the damage on my car. Julio did such a great job working with our insurance company that we barely had to do anything after initially filing the claim. The shop did a great job keeping us informed regarding insurance and repair updates. The whole process was handled so much better than other shops we've had to use in the past. Honestly it was a pretty stress free experience, which is odd to say when you're getting your car fixed after an accident. We would definitely recommend Han's to anyone looking for a reliable place to repair your car.

I just have to say, the team at Han's Auto Body is absolutely top-notch. I recently had my 2025 Cadillac Optiq in for some work, and the experience was just fantastic from start to finish. Paul and Julio, in particular, were amazing. They kept me completely up to date on everything that was going on with my car. We had weekly check-ins, which was so helpful for setting expectations and understanding the timeline. They were also total pros at dealing with my insurance company and so knowledgeable on the whole process. I basically didn't have to do a thing. It took so much stress off my plate. Even with all the huge backorders for auto parts happening right now, the team at Han's was honest and set realistic expectations. That made planning my life around the repair so much easier. And when I picked my car up, it looked amazing! They even waxed it, which was such a nice touch and greatly appreciated. I really can't say enough good things about them. It's a 12/10 from me, I would absolutely go to Han's again! If you want quality work from a wonderful team that actually cares about the consumer then THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!

Prior to selecting this shop, I did quite bit of research reviewing customers feedback. Han’s was among a few highly rated shops with very positive reviews. Based on my personal experience, my expectations were exceeded. Mike Han and staff were very courteous and helpful. Mike’s working with my insurance and his advice how to communicate with the insurance company prevented my car to be salvaged. Although the repair cost exceeded the unrealistic insurance estimate, Mike did an amazing job and my car looks better than it did prior to the accident. As a result he eat some of the cost, which was pleasant surprise and unexpected. The whole process was entirely seamless and I will refer anyone to this shop.
