I came to Harris auto feb, 27th hoping to find out why my 2017 Toyota Camry was making a grinding noise when making sharp left turns. They charged me 130 to put it on the lift to take a look at it. I drove around the block for him to hear the noise. After putting my car on the lift, The mechanic came back with his diagnosis 30 minutes later. informing me that it was my transfer case causing the noise. He also informed me of my radiator leaking. They quoted me for a new transmission and a new radiator for almost 7,000 which also included parts and labor. Mind you I had no issues with my car not start or not turning over it did so just fine. The information I received did not sit well with me and after speaking with relatives about it. They suggested I get a second opinion. Thank goodness I did, I found a certified transmission shop who informed me all after taking a look and listening for the sound it was only a heat shield that came a loose and I need my transmission fluid topped off, The other shop also informed me my car doesn’t even have a transfer case replaced my radiator for under 1,100 and that’s including parts and labor. If you have made through this long review I encourage you to seek a second opinion before wasting time and money with Harris auto.

The worst Transmission placei baltimore they get ur vehicle and ha e it sitting for weeks justs to get a re set on a transmission want give you any updates always lying telling you you.need parts you don't even need break stuff on your vehicle and try to.make you pay for there mistake I will never use them again warning Don't take your car there

Let’s be real, I don’t write false reviews ! I recently had my truck fixed at Haris Auto Center and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Not only did they replace my brakes and rotors, but they went above and beyond by taking care of other necessary repairs. The staff and especially the owner himself at Haris Auto Center truly care about their customers and their safety on the road. They treated me like family and made sure I was satisfied with their work. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for any repairs or maintenance. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

I was devastated as my new used car that I hadn't had for a month needed a transmission. The 1st place I took it to scared me into thinking the car was undrivable and needed to be parked. That's when I took it to Haris Auto Center, Mani was so professional, helpful and put my mind at ease. He advised that I could drive my car until the part came in. I have a special needs son and really need my car to get him to his school that's in another county. Mani handled all the warranty paperwork and correspondence. I even had some maintenance work done while he had the car for a fair price. He made the process easy and let me know what to expect. I truly thank my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for Haris Auto Center. I'm back on road with a smile on my face 😊
