This has to be literally the WORST auto body shop I have ever did business with ever. Not only were they rude and disrespectful, they had my car for 2 weeks and did not even work on it because they failed to contact me or my insurance company about a supplement payment. They continuously gave false information to my insurance company or neglected to keep any of us informed on the status of my vehicle. When my car was finally ready after a month and a half of my insurance company calling and hassling them they didn’t even bother to clean up the interior. They left my floor mats unrecognizable stained from dirt to the point they needed to be replaced. I suggest no one ever use this shop for any cosmetic work ever!!

This is not a mechanic shop it is Baltimore county police tow yard, rude & misinformed customer service. Furthermore I have never seen a tow yard closed on anyday. So to charged somebody for a day that the business is closed is disgusting. Worse experience ever !!!

They were very kind and helpful. My car was involved in a rear collision and they were able to get the trunk open enough to get my sons nerf gun out...he was so happy and I could not thank them enough for going above and beyond for him.

This place is horrible. My car was towed here without my consent after an accident. The tow driver basically ignored me as he hooked my vehicle to his truck barely giving me the name of the tow company. This happened on Friday, and the tow company is closed on the weekend. You cannot get your belonging without the title of the vehicle and 200 dollars. Fine, I get the title and money and proceed to get my belonging out of the vehicle. I just purchased a battery for the vehicle and decided to unhook the battery to take as my belonging. They called the police because I would not give them the battery as it is my belonging. In the meantime waiting for the police they blocked me from leaving the property. The police are no help because they contract work with these tow companies. They had no policy in writing stated you can't remove parts from the vehicle and the police did not require them to produce any policy. They are making up rules as they go to get money!!!! I will be filing a form complain against them for unfair business practices. Utterly disrespectful company and you have no way around them if you are in an auto accident.
Summer
I was t-boned and this company towed my car and when I went to receive personal items from my car such as my PTSD medicine they said I couldn’t get any of my items unless I paid them $600 and when I asked if I could get my medicine they said “are you gonna die? Is it life or death? Then no” Also was cussed out and threatened, avoid this place at all cost especially if you a 20 year old woman, who know what kind of stuff they have done considering how they treated me after my serious accident. Tried to report to police and they were “too busy”
