I had an excellent experience with Oscar and the team at Hector’s Auto. I don’t live in the country full-time, so when I’m here I rely heavily on the shops I truly trust. I had noticed some fluid dripping from the underside of my car after returning from being away for several months, and another shop gave me confusing information that didn’t sit right with me. I decided to go back to Oscar — someone I’ve worked with before and feel completely confident with. Oscar walked me through everything step-by-step. He showed me exactly what was wrong, explained the radiator issue clearly, and demonstrated how the old transmission cooler hose had been improperly rigged in front of the radiator. He corrected the entire setup, installed the new hose properly, and even placed the extra hoses inside my car in case I ever need them in the future. Everything is clean, the car runs beautifully, and there are no more leaks. This was my first time also working with the full team at Hector’s Auto, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Honest, thorough, and patient. I absolutely trust Oscar with my vehicle and highly recommend him to anyone who wants real transparency and high-quality work.

I brought in a Chevy express 2500. Had them gut out the old engine and put a brand new one in. These guys are amazing and had my van done in less than 3 days! These guys do not mess around PERIOD! They know EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING! The level of professionalism along with the owner guiding me thru the whole process and explaining my best option for things uncovered made me realize how much he cares about doing a good job . I wish I had found these guys years ago! These guys swap out engines like it’s nothing!!!! These guys are incredible!

Oscar and Hector did a CVT transmission replacement for my 2016 Nissan Altima. Car was dropped off Friday, job was DONE on Saturday! Fantastic! They have done other work for me as well on the same car, no complaints at all. A+ Service! This shop can meet all of your needs!

Hector and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and go to great lengths making sure that every detail of the job is done right. The car doesn't leave the shop until the repair is totally complete and right! Very honest and straight forward with none of the BS (that seems to be standard operating procedure at sooo many other car repair facilities - NOT HERE!)
