I was sad to see that mask wearing was not being enforced with customers or upheld by the staff themselves, some were wearing masks but taking them on and off and others not at all. I understand much of the work is outside so that's no problem but I had to wait outside since nobody in the waiting area was wearing a proper mask. The service was friendly and prompt and the pricing was not great but fair for the simple tire change and small tire I got but certainly not insanely high, $80. I also think it's worth it to keep your money local rather than going with a chain. They are located very nearby to me so for the convenience and straight forward service I would return. But probably not during current times because of the masks.

They charge me for my air pump that they broke as well my oil went from warning to red light and my car now whistle while driving. I own an 2020 golf

This dealer is shameful to say the least. Completely dishonorable, with an obtuse staff targeting honest citizens willing to pay inflated prices for sub par work performance. This place I would never recommend!

We have an old car, but they were still able to find the part that we needed! It wasn't a major repair, but no one was able to help us for years, not even Jiffy Lube, but Henderson did. Jim stepped in the car with me so I could show him exactly what the problem was. Everyone was super helpful. I will definitely recommend Henderson for auto repairs!
