I drove an hour for them to sell me the wrong part which I didn't find out until I was home. Im too far away to make it worth my time to get a refund and return the part so I won't bother with these guys anymore.

I bought a few apart from now that I really didn't need. They said on the receipt that I would be able to return turn it within 30 days. I was gonna return it back I kept it anyway, didn't expect for me to need it. So my pump end decided to act crazy so I end up putting the field. Fool pop that I got from them in my truck. I have a video of it. Leaking from one of the lines on the actual pump itself, almost closing electrical harm to my vehicle. Losing gaze and I'm very not satisfied with. Lift the service on the phone. Tell me if I can exchange it for something else. Tell me I didn't exchange it for something else. But when I asked them for a price for something else he told me. It would equal out the same amount for the other part that I pay for. For the field pump which they charge me a $100 for a use. Fuel pump, this place is very unprofessional. And I'll definitely will not be spinning over more money. I may be even looking forward to talking to a attorney about this because this is not right

I recently went through my local junkyard (shifletts in Westminster) and they put me in touch with these lovely group of people. I received great customer service, wasn't given the run around or have them ask to speak to my husband (lol , youd be surprised how often i get this). They had the part in great condition, as they stated. After installation a problem showed up, that was hidden, and wasn't Henrys fault. They were able to continue the great customer service by immediately remedying the situation. After a replacement piece was delivered everything was great. I highly recommend using Henrys for your auto part needs. Shout out to Nick, the knowledgeable gentleman who assited me.

This is one of the best Recycling Yards, that I have ever been to, in my 45 plus years as an auto mechanic! The staff is top notch. If they don't have the part that you are looking for they will, with out hesitation try to locate it for you at other area yards. 👍👍👍
