I have a 2013 Azera that I love. The car is old, but has low mileage and runs great. Shawn and the entire service team are fantastic. Communication was great, service was on point, and my car is running like a top! Thank you Heritage Team. We'll be back in a few months for our next oil change.

To be honest, it was disappointing to attempt to use services today and to not even be greeted. I was present for an appointment at 10:35 when my appointment was scheduled at 10:40 and wasn't sure where to go. No one directed me, but I did notice a sign that stated to pull into the bay. I pulled into the right side of the bay and waited. The only contact was with someone who asked me to pull up so that he could close tge bay doors. After that, silence for 25 minutes. I did notice people being checked in on the left side of the bay that came in after me. I decided to ask someone to allow me to exit the bay as I had not been greeted or told that they were running behind. I left due to having a meeting and called back after the meeting to see if i was able to stop in to have the oil change, to be told by the receptionist that I was a no show and they could not get me in. I didnt mind that they couldnt get me in. But to say i was a no show is horribe when I waited for 25 minutes without someone checking in with me. I feel like I wasted time this morning when a quick text that they were running behind would have sufficed or for someone to have asked if I was checking in and to share that they were behind.

The service at this location is always top notch. I've had the pleasure of having my cars serviced at different times by Matt and Rashad. Each time both gentlemen were courteous and helpful and answered any and all questions that I had. The waiting area is comfortable and clean and has great amenities available.

WOMEN BEWARE Women—especially if you trust service centers to be honest and don’t know cars inside and out—do NOT bring your vehicle to Towson Hyundai. I will not be returning here for maintenance after repeated issues with transparency and warranty coverage. I came in today for a 1:00 PM oil change and tire rotation and mentioned that my passenger-side mirror wasn’t moving properly and should be covered under my warranty. Thirty minutes later, I was told the mirror motor needed replacing and would cost ~$130, and that my warranty did not cover it. I declined. Thankfully, I had my warranty contract on my phone—which clearly states that mirror motor switch mechanical issues are covered. After waiting two hours, I had to once again explain my warranty coverage and physically show them the contract. Only then did they say they’d “call the warranty company on Monday,” with no clear follow-up unless I asked. This is especially frustrating since I purchased the car and the warranty from Towson Hyundai in 2020—they should already have this information on file. To top it off, when I tried to leave, all exits were blocked and I had to ask multiple employees to move cars so I could get out. This experience made me seriously question how many times I’ve been incorrectly told something wasn’t covered—and paid anyway. In the past, I paid $700 over multiple visits for an engine coil issue that was eventually confirmed as warranty-covered only after returning with my then-boyfriend. That money was never refunded. I no longer trust this service center to be honest or advocate for their customers. If you value transparency and fair treatment, especially as a woman, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. UPDATE: I still have not received a call after they told me they would follow up on Monday after they speak with the warranty company. Instead, they comment on this review asking me to call THEM. The customer service is non existent.

I want to thank Dolly Kane for her kindness and excellent service. She was very attentive. When I arrived, the customer service staff looked at me, but none of them bothered to approach me or ask if I needed help. As soon as Dolly Kane came in, she immediately came over to help me and offered her assistance. I highly recommend her; you will have a great experience with Dolly Kane.
