Great dealership. Came to check out a used Buick Enclave that I found online, and Shawn Adams, our salesperson, took care of us and got us set up like an absolute professional. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, conversationally comfortable, not at all pushy, and very welcoming to our need for time to think and any questions we had. The car and price, test drive, and overall experience with Shawn were so good that we ended up cancelling the rest of our planned test drives and coming back the same day to pick it up. Everyone else we've dealt with here has been a pleasure, and I'm looking forward to having a reliable and certified shop close by just in case anything comes up in the future. Hopefully I won't need another vehicle anytime soon, but I'll definitely be recommending Hertrich, and especially Shawn, to anyone on The Shore that's looking for a great ride!

I had the pleasure of working with Shawn and his direct manager recently on my trade-in and purchase of a new vehicle. Shawn listened to what I wanted and what was important to me then showed me the available options. He was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and was never pushy. He made me feel at ease and none of the "pushy salesman" type business. He was professional, courteous and conversational. Overall, a seamless and enjoyable experience and transaction. Do not buy a used car from here. This dealership has very pushy and aggressive salesmen that put a lot of pressure on making a deal. Basically everything everyone hates about used car salesman. Also, they NEVER stop calling you. The salesman regularly calls me like we’re friends and tells me there’s plenty of new GMCs in stock if I’m looking to upgrade. I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Went there to look at a car this weekend. Test drove it and all was well until we found out the rear speakers didnt work. We questioned the salseman and his arrogant manager about getting the car speakers checked to see if it was a blown fuse or what. The sarcastic answer we got back was "we discounted 500 dollars off the price so we ARENT GOING TO FIX ANYTHING. We said we didnt even ask you to fix it we asked you to check the fuses. Same response again!! So we told them to keep the car and they lost out on a 21,500 car sale. We left there and drove to Chantilly and Alexandria Va to two of the Sheehy dealerships. Best move we made heading to Sheehy deallerships.
