All but getting a loaner car while my car was in the shop was good

My truck was dropped off on Tuesday to get an automatic starter added to it. I was notified that my truck motor could be damaged by it and they would have to check with GM to get approval. On Thursday morning, Lewis informed me that it was safe to add but the tech was having difficulty programming it. My hopes were dashed that they could make it happen. By noon on Thursday, I received a call that the tech, Ethan, refused to give up and it was successful! I am extremely grateful that the Hertrich team was able to give me what I wanted!! Thanks to Lewis, my Service Adviser (who kept me in the loop) and Ethan who made it happen. :)
