Over the last 12 months I have had our Buick into the service department 4 separate times for the SAME issue. July 2023 a new computer system was installed. Forward to June 2024 I was assured it was NOT computer but a mass airflow sensor. $400 and a week later car was not operating. Another fee to run the diagnostic analyzer (6 days later) found another faulty code and approximately another $567 repair! I took my business elsewhere and will never consider patronizing this business solely on their service performance and shady business practices. Goodbye GMC

I feel as though I'm constantly over charged, I've caught the service manager flat out lying to me on a number of occasions and I believe if I came in to simply have the wipers changed I'd be charge for a diagnostic test. I've had the same issues at the Ford location so I assume this is normal operating procedure.

I speak about the service that my vehicle received from this dealership. I have not dealt with sales. I purchased a vehicle from another non gm dealer. There was an active recall. Brought it to Hertrich. They took care of it, a part of the recall was toto change from 0W20 to 0W40 oil. 2 months later. I go in foran oil change and speaker install. Had 8:30 appointment for oil change and 10:30 am appointment for speaker install, I dropped the vehicle off the night before and gave detailed notes to include appointment times. Came for pick up 3:00 pm that afternoon vehicle had not even gone back yet.They rushed to getthe vehicle back, when I got out of there service was closing. They didnt have time to complete the paperwork so it was mailed to me. I noticed after a while on the sticker that the dealership put 0W20 oil back in the vehicle and the paperwork verified this. I went to the dealership requested to speak to the service manager but managerswere in a meeting. I waited and eventually spoke to the director. Ivoiced my concerns on competence and lack of a Quality assurance process. He was uncovered and really smug about it. He tried to say he guarantee that 0W40 is in the vehicle and said they would replace the oil but acted like the dealership was doing me a favor. I would not recommend this dealership for service.
