I was in an accident where the other driver took full responsibility, so I had to process the repair through their insurance. This shop is in network with my insurance but not with other driver insurance. I still booked my appointment 15 days in advance and arranged my schedule around it. Less than 24 hours before the appointment, they called to push me out because they suddenly had seven cars tied to their own insurance contracts that they wanted to handle first. Canceling on a customer at the last minute after weeks of waiting is unacceptable. My time matters too. If you can’t honor appointments you make, then don’t schedule them. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication.

They kept me updated every single day on the progress, which gave me such peace of mind and made the whole process stress-free. Renee especially was AMAZING she went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. She was professional, friendly, and always quick to answer any questions I had. You can really tell she cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. When I got my car back, it looked brand new the quality of the repair was outstanding. The whole team deserves credit for their professionalism and dedication. If you ever need collision repairs, this is the place to go. I highly recommend them!
