Yesterday I Purchased my 2nd car from Hertrich Honda. Everything from the initial contact from the sales team (Brandon Miller) to the day of purchase and dealing with the team was amazing. I cant recommend this dealership more. It was well worth my 1hour and 30 minute commute. I arrived and Brandon met me outside as soon as I pulled up and we got right to business. 2 hours in and out. Michael McCauley (GM) and his finance staff (Sean and Rob) were amazing. Got things streamlined and processedr. visiting from out of town and they were able to get me in at the last minute in the morning. Service writer John (I think) was courteous and quick. The service writer and mechanic did not leave me waiting for work to begin or when it was done. I was in and out in the time they said it would take and they did not up-sell, just did what I asked! It was a great experience and I would go back if I needed help in town again!

I've been to a few Honda dealerships across the state of Maryland and I can firmly say Honda in Easton is truly next level service. Our son who lives out of state had a run in with a deer and needed to look at new cars ASAP but he works crazy hours. Brandon Miller and the entire team at Hertrich Honda have been wonderful in helping us narrow down some options for him even though they knew we were NOT going to be making a car purchase from them. We went in twice to visit and look at Honda's and they have been helpful and patient both times. I would highly recommend Brandon and the entire team if you are looking for an enjoyable car shopping experience.
