New to the area and in dire need of automotive service. A small shop that made time for us. The cost to do the work was more than reasonable and the service was quick. What was told it would take 2-days at another commercial shop, took them less than 3 hours and sooner that quoted. No doubt that we will return to this shop for any of our future automotive needs.

Been coming to both (Huntingtown and Owings) locations for the past 4-5 years. I drive over an hour to see them simply because I am confident in their diagnosis abilities and their customer service. If my car is on the lift they will always do a quick inspection to make certain all problems with the car have been brought to my attention. They work very fast and they do good quality work. Their craftsmanship is impeccable. It’s worth driving a great distance to have my car worked on there. No one is perfect, but this business makes it a point to correct any mistakes if they are ever made. They also try to recommend solutions that are reasonable and financially sensible. They are professional and the people who would claim they are not professional, likely are just bitter and sad individuals that need Jesus.

On my way home from work today. I got a flat tire. Luckily for me, I got the flat tire directly in front of Hi Tech Auto 2.0. Ricky and another technician quickly offered me assistance and help me change my tire right on route 4. I highly recommend this shop and they were very courteous and professional.
