Mr.Long Based on my first impressions all the mechanics are ASE certified the price is reasonable. They will install NEW parts that you bring to them at a fair labor Rate.

This place is absolutely terrible ! Came after Costco to get a windshield wiper installed and left with a crack / broke. windshield and no wiper pouring rain in the dark ! Called the police and filed a report , didn’t get manager informations , told To come back tomorrow for a new glass ! Got offered 200$ cash , they don’t have the class until after the holidays I wanted everything in writing nothing was handed out no names , numbers etc ! I got advices from the store to go and sue them ! Absolutely unprofessional! 3 people couldn’t install the wiper I saw a green glass bottle pretty sure it’s Heineken , smoking and very poor communication skills !

The lower fees here are because they cut corners. Cheap unprofessional labors where they fix one thing and damage another, don’t fix it properly, or use bad parts. My family went to this place several times over several years because of the cheaper prices and personal relationship. One time the lugs nuts weren’t screwed on correctly and a tire came off while driving. Another time we had to go back because one of the parts went bad a couple weeks/months after a timing belt replacement. Several years after that I’ve just had to replace the whole timing belt system again. They misdiagnose the problem and don’t take responsibility for their errors. There is no conscience here for your safety or troubles. You are not saving money by coming here—you are going to spend twice by repairing after them and with all the pains of getting into bad situations when your car malfunctions while driving on the road. No matter how poor and desperate you are (we were poor and desperate), don’t think you will save several hundreds here—you will pay twice the amount.

I would give this place zero stars! This place is a total rip off. Crap customer service, over charged services and they charge you to keep the car a daily rate even after working on the car! I have never heard of a shop charging a daily rate for services rendered. Nothing was presented to me in writing! Run and never come back!!!!!!! 😡😡😡🙄
