Having recently moving to Maryland I had to have my car inspected, we took the car to a shop on Scaggsville Rd and was given a list of a few things to fix on the car. I needed a few things fixed the owner of the other shop gave me an estimate the thought the pricing was very high. I declined the work and brought the car to Hickory Ridge and had the repairs done two items the mechanic said he could not believe they failed. I had the items replaced anyway in order to pass. Thank you Hickory Ridge for the great service and awesome pricing.

Showed up by chance because they are close to my house and my car problems started as I drove home on the highway! The owner/manager Josh was wonderful. He was polite and informative about the possible problem based on the computer reading. He was able to start working on my car the next day and asked if I needed a ride home. The next day he called, told me what was wrong, how much it would cost and if I wanted to get it fixed at his shop or somewhere else. I had him fix it. He did an awesome job explaining what was wrong with the vehivle and putting me at ease with everything. I would go there again if my car suddenly broke AND I will make future car appointments there for regular stuff. The shop is definitely worth going back to.

I had yet another great experience with these guys in the past couple weeks. Previously I was trying to solve an auto emissions problem and got a sensor installed there. In the past couple months I've had rough engine trouble and I took it there and they replaced it the sensor and charged me nothing for parts or labor. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone.
