Mr. Joel and his team took amazing care of my car after it sustained some pretty bad damage to the windshield, headlights, hood, and deep scratches on the passenger side..complete restoration. My car, an 09 Honda Accord, had been making a strange noise. First mechanic I took it to incorrectly diagnosed it, and I ended up paying tons of money for a "repair" I didn't need. I then tried one of those fancy "dealership alternative" places, and they took 4 hours just to diagnose it and quoted me a ludicrous price, not to mention the diagnosis sounded off to me (and it turns out I was right). So I went to High Falcon for a second opinion. They diagnosed the problem correctly within 20 minutes, had it fixed by the next day, and were able to replace my A/C compressor as well. All for an amazingly reasonable price. The owner is a very honest man and I felt respected as a customer. I am delighted I found this place, it's a true gem, and I will definitely be back. UPDATE: I went back here to get my brake pads checked/replaced, plus headlight restoration, because mine were severely hazy. I dropped it off in the evening and they had it done by the following afternoon. The headlights look AMAZING. And as before, everyone was really friendly, and the price was great. A smooth and pleasant experience overall.
