I had a blow out on 95 This morning and had a great experience with Highway Help. I called and Don the dispatch/owner was very helpful I let him know I was in need of a tow he asked for my location and quickly sent someone to get me. Sean and his son were very professional, got me to my destination safety. If I ever need assistance I will certainly use Highway Help LLC Thank you again your service.

Don was very polite and helpful getting our vehicle to the repair shop. I appreciated his willingness to be at our home extra early to accommodate my schedule. He navigated our long narrow winding driveway with ease. Being new to the area- Don and team are now our go-to- tow!

Highway helps name should be Highway hell mmmy reason for this late Saturday night my blazer was towed I called all day Sunday all day Monday and was told that they would call me back and never did I called today which is Tuesday August 26th and Don told me that my bill would be $750 $350 for the tow $100 a day and then $150 admin fee my truck has all my personal belongings in it my purse my birth certificate social security card my dad father's ashes pictures of my children basically I was in the middle of moving so it was my storage unit this is highway robbery my truck was towed less than 4 MI this man didn't refused to answer my phone calls for 2 days then when he did he was very rude!! Im a single woman trying to get her life back in order I wasn't asking to give me my truck up for free I was just asking him to get my personal baloney so I can go to work and so I don't lose my father's ashes and pictures and personal belongings that are not replaceable in case I cannot come up with a $750 cuz it's a hundred dollars a day so tomorrow will be $850 I will be recording this to the Better Business Bureau and I encourage everyone to not let the state police and do not call Highway Help LLC cuz they are here to help there out too rip people off that ate in a vunarable position!! Thanks again Highway hell now I will lose mmmy job and be homeless .BTW please enjoy my purse my birth certificate ssi card all my clothes shoes family pics arlumes make up shower stuff my work material photo albums basically everything that's important to me . Thank u Highway Hell & Don!!!

I called this tow company for the first time at the last minute trying to get my car towed to a charging station. Don came in 30 minutes and introduced himself put me in his truck while he hooked up my car, he went above and beyond to get the van started for me. When he realized it was my alternator. I then called the dealership to have it serviced and he refused to take payment because it wouldn’t do me any good to tow me to the charging station but instead came back Thursday night and towed me to the dealership in Elkton. I thank him so much he is friendly and affordable and I just adore how he cares for his customers.
